OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

• The purpose of this policy is to provide Motus employees with a healthy and safe working environment.

• With this policy, it is supported that the occupational health and safety activities carried out by Motus are managed with the principle of “Occupational Health and Safety First”, with the awareness that our most valuable asset is our employees.

• This policy covers Motus employees, employees of subcontractor/supplier companies and visitors.

• With the approach of “All accidents and occupational diseases can be prevented”, our occupational health and safety systems and practices are regularly reviewed and it is aimed to raise awareness of our employees on this issue, and zero work accidents and zero occupational diseases are targeted.

• Motus employees, employees and visitors of subcontractor/supplier companies are responsible for complying with this policy. All these people are obliged to eliminate the dangers in terms of health and safety and to reduce the risks, and to cooperate with the Occupational Health and Safety team in the workplace in line with the implementation of the legislation.
• Motus employees at all levels are responsible for ensuring compliance with this policy.

• Occupational Health and Safety practices are carried out in accordance with legislation and standards, and it is aimed to continuously improve our performance.

• While performing all our activities, possible risks are analyzed beforehand and proactive approaches are taken to reduce these risks.

• Occupational health and safety culture is seen as a part of life. Within Motus, standardization and excellence in targeted occupational health and safety practices through knowledge and experience sharing are disseminated among our employees and all our stakeholders. For this purpose, consultation and participation of employees and employee representatives are provided and opportunities to make a difference are evaluated.

• All our employees are given training on Occupational Health and Safety at certain periods during their employment and during the continuation of the work. Employees' participation in each training is documented at the end of the training.

• Our occupational health and safety system is regularly reviewed with the aim of continuously improving our Occupational Health and Safety Performance and Management System and raising awareness among our employees.

• It is aimed that our companies become pioneers with their performance by developing exemplary approaches in occupational health and safety practices in their own sector and globally.
